Biola was an absolutely amazing addition to our 10 year convening. She was prompt and on time, considerate of the safety/accessibility of all of our attendees and ensured that everyone could participate in the session no matter their level of ability or comfort. I left with tools that I will be using to ground myself. I also got to see how Biola cared for and held the people in the room. She didn't feel distant and rather was checking in with our attendees and tailoring her sessions to how folks were feeling that day. It was such a privilege to have someone in the room and holding sessions that shares our vision for liberation and a commitment to similar principles. It also is such a treat to have someone who knows what organizing is and how it takes from us to help restore, ground and shift our shared culture towards one of healing. Having Biola at our convening doing our morning yogas was pivotal for the convening.
